Confidence is one of the best forms of self-defense.

Join us for a fun, hands-on class where you'll learn practical skills to help you recognize danger, avoid confrontation, and defend yourself if necessary—all in a supportive, welcoming environment.

🥋 During this FREE class you'll learn:
✅ How to avoid dangerous situations
✅ How to identify and use vulnerable target areas
✅ Basic strikes and kicks
✅ How to use everyday objects for self-defense
✅ Escape techniques for rope, duct tape, zip ties, and handcuffs

💥 And everyone who wants to participate will have the opportunity to break a board before the evening is over!
