Responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls and account management. Responsible for handling quote and order entry. Providing notice to Territory Managers on order booking. Handling cancellations and changes on customer orders as needed. Responsible for representation of the Company in a positive and professional manner and for maintaining good customer relations through use of proper phone and email etiquette. Works closely with other departments including credit, operations, and logistics to satisfy customers’ needs. Effectively manages time through multitasking to ensure all daily transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner. In charge of preparing paperwork (original purchase order from customer, quote, and sales order). Responsible for submitting all manual allocations paperwork to the allocations department based on material requirements. |
