Scholarship Application - The applicant must be a Carol Stream resident.

The Carol Stream Chamber of Commerce Foundation offers two $1500 post-secondary scholarships to eligible Carol Stream residents.  

The criteria for the awards are as follows:

The applicant must be a Carol Stream resident
 

The applicant must fully complete the Scholarship Application Form and submit at link provided below by the deadline listed.
 

The applicant must plan to attend an institution of higher learning: a 4-year college or university, a 2-year community college, or a professional trade school.
 

Applicants may not be a child of a member of the Chamber Foundation's Board of Directors.
